What is Consent?
-There are 4 steps to consent; Ask, Listen, respect, Reflect
-It is a free agreement when both people have a say
-There are different ways to be able to tell if a person really wants to do it or not, forcing them to do something is not one. An enthusiastic yes would be a way to tell someone would really wt to do it.

Zoning Out
When we zone out we basically are either uncomfortable talking about sex and specific body parts, we then have a chance to draw, lok out the windows or even sleep.Basically sleeping would be the best option.

Laws
There is a specific age to when you can give consent the age 16 and over is when you are able to give consent but 16 and under is there to keep tennagers safe, so elders do not take advantage of them and know they would get punished and involved with the law if so.

Hauora and Well-Being

I learnt about the aspects around  health and what it means, the main factors being Taha Tinana Physical Well-Being, Taha Hinengaro Mental And Emotional Well-Being, Taha Whanau Social Well-Being,Taha wairua Spiritual Well-Being.
I enjoyed being able to put the mix and match together properly on quizlet and make it top 3 (coming 2nd).
There wasn't much challenges during learning about this besides having to memories and actually understand health and being able to explain it.
With this knowledge i'd be able to explain it to others if they need it.
